Tooth brushing is one of the most important part of oral hygiene but doing it the right way is the question arises when people feels bad breadth, yellow teeth and other oral problems even after regular teeth brushing
Oral Hygiene is always essential since the early age to have good teeth for life. Oral hygiene of people depends on many things such as what they eat and which products they use for oral care? Another important thing which matters a lot is the method of using the oral care products which includes the type of product, product specifications, proper application of the product on teeth and tongue.

One of the most important things that plays big role in oral hygiene is tooth brushing. But unfortunately, many people, young or old still don’t know how to do it well and the right way? The frequency of brushing

For adults, it is after every meal or at least 2 times a day. If you do not take your lunch with you, take your place a toothbrush and toothpaste to clean your teeth in place.

If your children take their lunch in the canteen, they should wash their teething the morning after breakfast and at night before bed.
