Navigation facilities: If people find moving around pages hazardous surely they will tend to go another site that provides such facilities.
Link management: Appropriate links should be provided otherwise it will not add value.
Dealing with images: Sites without images cant b thought of today. To gain popularity attractive images with wisely used color & text excite users. But it should also be noted that using too much of this will only make sure the delay and irritation in users’ mind that will hinder them to be inclined to observe each content.
Using flash animation: with the help of flash most captivating, enchanting and rich contents are created and as it is buzzing everywhere; companies should take the advantage of flash environment and make the content more attractive and effective.
So basically website designing is a mix of some careful steps of action sensibly put together. Before thinking of designing, at first contents should be decided to put on a site, then next important thing is proper wording of the facts to be posted on site. The language should be as simple as possible, because only then a visitor with no preconceived notion will be able to stick to the site, of course interesting pictures; sound as well as animation will facilitate this.
