However, preparing for newborn photography could be exciting at the same time, overwhelming.

Location
We have been into newborn photography for years, and we know new parents are comfortable at their homes. As the baby is used to the home and you’ll have everything you need, home is the perfect location. Of course, we could arrange the session in our place or somewhere you need. But, we recommend having the session at home. Don’t worry if your home is mess or you don’t have the props.
Our baby photographer Sydney will bring all the props and make the arrangements. We really don’t bother about your home because we know you both are taking turns, sleepless nights, postpartum depression, and all. So, you don’t have to worry about that part.
Even if it’s outdoor session, we can definitely do that. Just ensure you bring enough supplies in cases of messes.
Temperature
Temperature is the next thing you need to consider and one of the most important tips for the parents. Naked babies get cold. Set the temperature to a comfortable degree half an hour before the session. Heaters will also work well as the warm temperature will keep your little one asleep, comfortable, and happy.
Props
When it comes to props, anything and everything is welcome. If it’s an outdoor session, we can’t bring all your items. Also, the props depend on the type of photo style and the location. In the case of lifestyle newborn photography session, we will focus on documenting the special moments you share with your baby instead of baby poses with props. You could include your wedding rings, blankets, hats, matching socks, stuffed animal toys, baskets, scarves, family heirlooms, and everything you think it’s safe and beautiful for the session.
Wardrobe
We just prepare two or more dresses for your little one for a standard hour-long session. Have them readily available with matching hats, socks, sweaters, etc.
Family photos
Of course, your little one is the star of the session. But, that doesn’t mean mom and dad can’t pose. We will capture the candid moments between you and your family. So, it’s a good idea to invite some of your close circle as well.
