While preparing a special occasion or party you will find there's a huge amount to think about, specially when it’s an exceptionally large bash you are planning. You have to find the venue and choose the party decor, write and distribute the invitations, plan the entertainment, set up the equipment rental, order the cake and, in cases where it’s an adult celebration, maybe even hire a bar. All this to arrange whilst you haven’t yet even given a consideration to the event catering.
