Efficient EPC Provider in UK -- Green House
An EPC is mandatory in UK when a building is constructed, sold or put up for rent. Under domestic EPC legislation non-compliance will result in a fine of £200. EPC is included in the Home Information Pack (HIP) that the seller must have completed before he markets his property.
