Eating a nutritious, beneficial lunch does not have to be difficult. You want to choose a meal that affects your skin positively.

Foods that are full of antioxidants that clear the junk from your body. Foods that nourish your skin, hair and eyes. Foods that generate energy so that you wake up in the morning ready to bounce into the first task of the day.

Here are a few sample lunches which should give you an idea of what you would be eating for optimum health. Don"t be afraid to come up with your own ideas for your meals. Just ensure that you are eating raw.

If you want to heal your eczema and dramatically improve your health eat between 50 and 65% raw foods. Here are just a few sample lunches for your to test.

3 Sample Lunches

#1 - Sample Lunch
Basic Lemon Salad, Slice of Rye Bread.

Basic Lemon Salad:-
Choose 7 different raw vegetables.
Chop, slice or shred into salad dish.
Create dressing using Extra Virgin Olive oil and half a lemon
Serve.

#2 - Sample Lunch
A large salad consisting of red cabbage, fennel, celery, and carrots.
Chop all vegetables.
Add tablespoon of chopped walnuts, parsley and mint.
Also teaspoon of nori seaweed and dress with lemon and olive oil.

#3 - Sample Lunch
Crunchy Garden Salad
Bunch of grapes

Crunchy Garden Salad:-
This is a meal full of vegetables. Choose at least 7 vegetables from the following list:
Cabbage, kale, fennel, chard, collards, lettuce, spinach, watercress, radicchio, carrots, parsnips, turnips, beetroot, celery, yams, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and Swedes.
Serve with olive oil and lemon. Season with parsley.
