So do you know what allergies are? Do you have any allergies?

A tremendous number of people in the West suffer from some type of allergic condition. Whether it be dust, milk, grass or sunshine. All allergies are caused by digestive problems.

Everything you eat must be digested in order that your body can absorb and use the nutrients the food contains. It must be digested in the stomach. Raw foods come with their own digestive enzymes.

These are enzymes that help in the process of digestion.

We also have a number of internal digestive enzymes which are produced inside the body. If you continuously eat cooked, processed or denatured food which are enzymeless, then your body must overcompensate by using internal enzymes to fulfill the process of digestion.

Over time, if this continues long term your internal supply of enzymes will become depleted. Enzymes have a major importance in the digestion and well being of your health. Enzymes are required for every single action that takes place in your body whether its breathing, thinking or digestion.

If your body is continuously using enzymes to digest denatured food, from other areas of the body, that part of the body will start to suffer.

If your body is continuously using its own limited supply of enzymes to replace enzymes missing in your junk food, disease will start to set in.

Can you now understand why toxaemia and deficiency are the root causes of eczema?

If the foods you are eating are not being absorbed fully by your body you will become sick. Over 90% of the population in the West suffer with some sort of allergy.

If you have an intolerance to dust, pollen, grass or milk for instance you are suffering from an allergy. But if you are suffering from allergies it means that you have a severe digestive problem. A problem based on insufficient digestive enzymes. Even if you are suffering no obvious allergic reaction.

Malfunction of the digestive system can also be caused by stress, environmental pollution, etc. Even standing around, eating and talking can lead to digestive problems. The same is also true if you overeat. So if you ensure your foods are being digested efficiently through the abundant supply of enzymes your eczema will disappear.
