People get the government they deserve
If the people of a country blame their government, they should have a introspection and they shall find that they themselves are at fault and they have themselves given an opportunity to a set of people to rule over them. Therefore, the people who are not satisfied with the government, they should sit and try to find out what wrongs they had committed while electing or giving chance to a set of people to rule over them and then they should try to correct those mistakes and must make it sure that next time they shall not pick up such wrong persons to rule over them.
Here in India the people are not satisfied with the state, but actually they themselves had been electing people who had taken up this line of politics as their profession, trade, calling and employment and they had been investing money just to gain power so that when they are in power they shall be collecting money through scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, corruption and sale of certain items and that is the reason, here in India, the public servants have grown rich and the people, who are really masters of this country have been reduced to poverty.
So the fault lies on the people and therefore, they must come forward with some solutions so that only right people could come forward. But the present sets of people are so strong that there seems no chance for the people to bring a new set of people who shall be taking this line as service line and they shall actually serve the people. The present sets of people are running the administration on the same lines which their predecessors rajas, maharajas, monarchs and the imperialists had left for them and once on chair they lose the character of a apublic servant. Who shall their psychology, is a question before the people and the people must bring suitable answer to this question. None shall come forward to their help and therefore, the people must find out the solution themselves and must say that they can bring independence, they can establish democracy and they are fit to run the democracy
