Right man right job
As far as India is concerned, very people are there who could get proper educaion, proper training and then get a proper job. Here in India people are trying to a get a job and it is not necessary for them that the job should be as per their liking and as per their aptitute. If we visit an employment Exchange here, we shall find that most of the candidates registering their names are not able to tell the registering officer for which job their names be registered . they shall simply say that they are ready to any job this get. This is a tragedy and such situations lead to mismanagement and lack of effiency. The people should get jobs and works as per their choice i.e. as per their liking and as per their aptitute. Therefore, we should arrange vocational guidance for our youths and it should start when they are in 9th class so that before they pass out from the school, they should have a profession, trade, calling and employment in their mind so that they could start preparing for that job from the 9th class. The time with the youth is limited and therefore, this is not worthwhile to give guidance to the candidates when they are ou from the school and from the college. Such people shall not be in a position to choose a career for them and then get training for those trades. Here in India training institutions are limited and therefore, most of the youths are not in a position to get admission in the training institution because here they are given entrence test and if they do not pass and get merit, they shall not be admitted and thus they shall not be getting a job of their choice. If we arrange for them vocational guidance at proper stage, then there are chances that they shall be having informationm for them in which trade they would be able to get admission and if they are not having merits, they shall be able to make improvements. Therefore, time has come when the state must come forward and in all the schools, they should arrange vocational guidance so that every child should be allowed to get this assistance and at a a proper state, he should be in the line which shall be his ultimate career for him for the remaining part of his life.
