» Scalp Eczema - your Doctor Can Only Do so Much

It is very important that you know and understand the limitations of your doctor. If you suffer a mild symptom such as a headache or fatigue, it is important that you realize that your body is telling you something. It is telling you that "something is not right" internally. Pay attention to all such signals.

Scalp eczema is also a symptom of internal digestive problems.

It is up to you however to decide which symptom warrants a trip to your doctor"s surgery and which symptoms do not. Some of the symptoms just need time to dispel.

If you suffer with a cold or flu for instance, by all means sit it out. You can take some precautions such as a home made lemon formula that will ensure your suffering is short lived. But running to the doctors for medication and drugs for a cold is not warranted. For minor ailments drugs and medication can actually cause more problems than they solve.

Through education and information you can learn when it"s necessary to visit your doctor and when a natural remedy will benefit you more.

Your doctor is very useful if you have symptoms or illnesses which need diagnosis. He can also attend to sprains and bone breakages. He can replace the functioning of worn out glands, replace limbs and provide artificial aids for hearing and sight. Your doctor can also save your life.

However, your doctor cannot cure degenerative diseases such as eczema, skin rash, or arthritis. He cannot provide preventative medical care. He cannot cure a wide range of mental states such as depression and your doctor cannot promote superior health nor improve the standard or promote a high level of wellness.

Only you can do that by seeking education and information. You can cure your eczema by changing your lifestyle.
