Now, if you are going to create your own products, let"s say an e-book, do you think that it is easier for you to write a 100 pages e-book or a 20-pages e-book? Of course, it will be much easier for you to come up with a 20-pages e-book. Meaning that you can always start creating your very own products, start small, and after you know how the system works, and then only consider creating something more bigger.
This principle is the same as if you know how to make $10 from the net, then you should have no problem to make $100 from the net. This is because in the net, once you know to attract traffic and convert them into $10; you will then know exactly how to convert them into $100. I"m not saying that you should only create smaller products for sale, what I mean here is that if you are new to internet marketing, then it is the best for you to start small. You will need to learn how to walk before you can run.
Many people underestimate the value that a small report or e-book can create. People will think that those e-books that are selling at $7 each contain no content, and if they are going to sell, they should sell something which has higher turnover instead. No, those $7 e-books are selling like hot cakes, and people will purchase a few of them straight. Think about this, if you can make a small e-book for sale, even if it only makes you $1 each, but when you think about it, it can bring you a huge return. For example, small e-books are easier to sell because they are cheaper, and imagine that if you can sell at least one everyday, in the end of the month, you are going to have quite a lot of sales, not a bad side income huh?
Furthermore, what if you have created a few of these products, each is making you small amount of money every single day. Although they make you little money, but once they are up, it is in auto-pilot mode, and all you do is just receive checks in the end of month. If you are going to create something which sells at a higher price, you will have to be more professional in it, your sales page must be nicely built and your service must be good.
While for smaller products which sell at a lower price, it does not mean that you can simply create them and sell cheap, no one is going to buy from you if you do like this. However, if you put in a lot of value for your customers, they are going to feel that it is very worthy, and they are going to buy from you even more. This is where you can create your credibility.
So if you are going to create your own product, and if you are new in internet marketing, try to create lower-price products first, then only go for high-end products. You should have big dreams, but always start small. The important thing here is you should learn how thing works first.
