For most of us the main meal of the day is the dinner. Most people spend a lot of time on the preparation of this meal mainly because it is eaten with the rest of the family and because there is not such a mad rush.
It is vitally important that you stick to the raw content of your meal in order to heal your eczema and improve your general heath. After a few days you will notice a big difference in the condition of your skin.
Eat as big a meal as you feel necessary. If you feel hungry soon after eat some fruit. Whenever you prepare another large dinner ensure that you increase your portion and the number of vegetables you choose.
Choose green tea, filtered water or organic vegetable juice after your dinner. Leave at least 30 minutes between eating your main meal and drinking. This is to ensure that you do not dilute your digestive juices.

Brown Rice, Vegetable Risotto.

Wok fried vegetable.
Choose at least seven different vegetables and cook half and add raw half once removed from fire. Add tofu and serve with buckwheat noodles.
Choose from Kale, Fennel, Collards, Lettuce, Spinach Watercress, Radicchio, Carrots, Turnips, Parsnips, Beetroot, Peppers, Tomatoes, Swedes.
#3 - Sample Dinner
Vegetable soup made from garden peas, runner beans, garlic, celery, parsnip and spinach.
Top with chopped parsley.
#4 - Sample Dinner
Lettuce salad with spring onions, spinach, carrots, courgettes.
Sprinkle with pumpkin and sesame seeds.
Serve with Carrot Dressing.
