Your success
We must know that success in our life shall be based on our merits and not on our luck. There are very few people present on this earth who could get something by chance and we start calling his event as a matter of luck. But most of us shall not be getting such a chance and they shall have to attain merits to attain success.
It is our duty to make it sure that our children should not be getting things by way of chance, but we should prepare them and bring all merits in them so that they could achieve their desired goals on the basis of their own merits. If we had failed and we are repenting, then we should make it sure that our children are not facing the same frustrations to which we had been condemned in life. We should try to give to our children a better life and therefore, we should make it sure that our children may pray before God, but their demands should be based on merits of their own and they may not demand and desire things for which they had not put in hard labour and efforts.
We may be believing in God and we may be considering God as Omnipresent and Omnipotent, but it does not mean that God shall be giving us things desired by us without any efforts on our part. It shall b better if we achieve merits and then demand some help from the side of God. If we have not enabled us for that goal, we have got no right to demand success from God. It is an old saying that God helps those who help themselves. This should be our goal in life. We would not pray before God for success till we are on the path of success. First of all we should make plans, then we should start executing our plans and at this stage we have got a right to pray for help from the side of God.
If we go deep into history, we find that all those who had been in the highest positions, could gain all these heights because of their hard work and labour and efforts and not because of their prayers only.
