Two unhappy young men went and visited their master: "Master, we have been bullied in the office, we are too painful, and need your guidance, should we quit our jobs?" Two people asked.
Master closed his eyes, after a long time, threw five words: "But a bowl of rice." It waved a signal to young people to step down. After returning to the company, a person handed in his resignation and then went home to farm, but the other person did not change anything.
Time flies! Ten years passed quickly. People who went home to farming used modern methods of operations, coupled with improved varieties, actually turned into an agricultural expert. While another one stayed in the company, he was not bad. He managed to tolerate bullying, and tried to learn, gradually being reused, finally became a manager.
One day, two men met. They talked to the words that their master had spoken. “It is strange. Master gave us ‘but a bowl of rice’ these five same words. After listening to these, I understood right now. But a bowl of rice, we can go along with the days by our own. Why must we stay in the company? So I resigned, however, why did you not hear the master’s words?”
“I heard,” the manager said: “master said ‘but a bowl of rice’, that is, more suffering indignities and more involvement, but I just wanted to earn a bowl of rice to eat, I did what the boss said, with less of anger and less of care, everything would be ok. Didn’t master mean it?”
Two people went to visit their master, the master was very old, still with eyes closed, after a long time, answered the five words, "but a momentary slip" and then waved his hand…
Isn’t it very interesting? A lot of things really is an idea, so when you make decision on something, you had better consider carefully first. Choice is of course important, but insistence after the decision is also important. No matter what you choose to do, you must stick to it, and then you always have success. Like the two men in the story, they insist on their belief, so they achieve what they want.
