This series of adjustable crusher is used as a primary and secondary crushers for stone crushing process. These impact crushers are designed for crushing medium hard and hard materials. The material which fed to the crusher trough its feeding opening is crushed in two stages while it impacted by the rotor hammers to the Rock Crushing Process primer and secondary breaker plates. The material does not pass to the seconder breaker plate until it be crushed and reduced to the size which the primer breaker plate it adjusted to and does not pass to discharging chute until it be crushed and reduced to the size which the seconder breaking plate adjusted to. By this crusher adjustment the maximum size of output material can be determined.
This impact crusher is driven by an electric motor and the power is transferred to the crusher by means of V-belts. The application presents an Crushing Industry which has a hydraulic cylinder-plunger-combination (15 4) for adjusting the setting and supporting a main shaft at its bottom end. The combination contains a bypass channel (21), through which the pressure medium escapes from the cylinder when the combination has been extended by a certain distance. In this way the crushing cone is prevented from rising too much upwards.
