The iPod is supported by in built rechargeable lithium ion battery for the playback time of up to 40 hours and the Video playback time of 7 hours whilst completely charged. The iPod touch needs a Mac with the USB 2.0 port, iTunes 10 or later and Mac OS X v10.5.8 or later.
