Back pain usually arises when a person has to spend long hours sitting on a single chair or place. The human skeleton is not at all featured to sit on a usual chair for long but if a person goes against it and gives a continuous sitting then this causes mainly back pain and the lower back pain to be more specific.
Usually the back pain problem arises in the old age but since the things are not at all the same that they used to be the various pains related diseases effect a person in quite a young age. The body has lesser stamina and immunity is quite low among the people these days thus it hardly matters at what age it has to effect but it begins effecting.

Using such strong dosages is not very advisable as these medicines cause a lot of side effects to the health. Gradually it becomes a habit for a person to continuously take these pills as a result of which the body completely looses the self healing power. The back pain problems are mainly common amongst the middle aged or the elderly people.
The modern age believes in following the old traditions like doing yoga or some particular exercises so that it can help your body to keep fit and healthy. It is really important to follow a regular exercising schedule in order to avoid the unnecessary problems from happening. Thus to avoid the inconvenience during the latter years of living you need to follow a regular schedule to keep healthy.
