The management exams are many and those like GMAT 2012, give opportunities for the students to study in foreign universities. This particular entrance is possible to be given twice in a year and the choice is entirely on the students who need to appear this test online.
The subjects that come in the entrance vary from analytical writing assessment, quantitative section, and verbal section which are all in computer adaptive format. The scores which are between 200 and 800, leats the students to apply in the various universities in the foreign countries. As the GMAT 2012 can be given in select centres in India itself, the students aspiring for a foreign MBA degree find it easy to pursue their dreams.
For the students willing to study in Maharashtra, the option of CET 2012 is there where they can appear for MHT CET when the brochures would be released. They should keep a watch on the internet for the specified dates but keep preparing as per the syllabus from previous year’s questions which would include verbal, quantitative and reasoning questions.
Other states like Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, etc would be conducting their tests like ICET and GCET for the students who are interested in pursuing their education in engineering and management from the institutes in the respective states. Moreover, TANCET 2012 coming up in various centres across Tamil Nadu allows the students to appear for medical, engineering, architecture, and management courses through the common entrance to study in various colleges in the state.
Such individual states conducting their own entrance tests goes on to show that the students have a wide choice to study in different colleges. They can select the particular colleges according to their ranks and other factors. But then, the most important thing remains is that they should get the corresponding ranks. Even many colleges allow subject choices as per the rankings. This makes the rankings very important and for achieving good ranks, the preparations for the upcoming exams of CET 2012 has to be meticulous as many students are coming out to take their chances.
As more and more students residing the states as well as from outside are taking up these state specific tests, it is increasing the competition level. Exams are also becoming stringent as the colleges aim to filter out the best brains among the candidates. The biggest advantage of such a battery of tests is the opportunities that the students get to get through some entrance as they are being conducted throughout the year which also gives the candidates enough time to prepare themselves fully.
