They create a sell false id to children. Their prime intention is to offer fake id to teenagers for just few bucks. ID is a vital thing and this is allotted to people after through checking. Think of a girl entering a disc at late night with a false id being a 12 year old. It might turn out to be her worst nightmare. The disc is one of such place which is strictly for those over 18 years of age. There is string reason behind this law. The level of maturity that is needed for attending this place lacks in kids.
