In offshore method, the technicians need not be present on the site and can correct the system from a distance neither they are given the full time pays as are given to the onsite technicians.
Offshore method can be cheap but it can also cause some language problems sometimes due to the difference in accent in different countries which can sometimes also cause unwanted frustration. On the other side if the company can afford onshore method they can check their problems without any such problems.Moreover, some small companies search online for some IT support professional after they realize a problem but it is like gambling as anything can go wrong technically any day. The services can be given remotely or on the site but what is important is availability of the support 24/7 and it should be fast as well and they should satisfy their customers anyhow as they say the customer is always right and it’s the companies responsibility to recognize the needs of their customers and do anything to satisfy them.
Spending some money earlier is better than spending even more later on and still loosing essential data and still not realizing yourself in the same state as were before the fault. So, a proper computer support and business IT support is very important for the success of any company or business as lacking it can render the advanced technologies of the companies useless.
