This over the years has not restricted the city from becoming a major tourist spot. Kolkata city with its rich heritage buildings, silent yet speaking museums and British structures beams at tourists from all over the world.
Kolkata attractions offer the tourists an occasion to go back in the history and ponder over the colonial structures like the Raj Bhawan, the official residence of the viceroy’s, Shahid Minar, the Writer’s building, all revealing facts from pre independence era.
