One of the most happening places on Europe is Amsterdam. This city is trendy, beautiful and easy going. It is home to many lovely gardens and parks, where you can sit and relax and enjoy watching the daily life of Amsterdam. Amsterdam has a charming architecture of 17th century and it is home to 61 art galleries, 53 museums, 20 theaters and 12 concert halls. The central area of Amsterdam is shaped like a horseshoe. Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Singel are its four famous canals. Rijks museum is a famous art gallery which is also known as the city's cultural hubs. Rotterdam is the port city of Netherlands and is considered to be its most modern city. It has many company buildings and high rising towers which are major tourist attractions. Euromast Space Tower is the most famous tower in Rotterdam; it is 605 feet/184 meters tall. If you like to visit clubs then you should visit Thalia lounge and those who like classical music should visit De Doelen. The harbor of Rotterdam is also worth the visit. Arnhem, capital of Gelderland province is located in eastern part of Netherlands. Two of the most popular tourist attractions here are the St. Jansbeek and River Lower Rhine. The largest national park of Netherlands is Hoge Veluwe. This park covers an area of 5500 hectares and is home to the magnificent Kroller-Muller Museum. It is home to many animals like red deer, Mediterranean sheep, wild boar and mouflon. Alkmaar is famous for cheese market at Waagplein, beer museum and museum dedicated to penguins.
