The ideal patient should have enough fat in hips or thighs for a loss of one to one and a half liters of fat from the body. The present cup size is important. A cups may only be possible to be enlarged to B cups due to a small envelope as a B cup could be enlarged to a C or D cup.
Usually only those desiring a modest increase of one or two cup sizes are ideal candidates and those too thin may not have enough fat to harvest from transfer to the breasts. Many of the candidates refuse to have a foreign implant placed in their body because of fear of reactions or plastic. This technology does not utilize any embryonic stem cells. It utilizes the adipose (fat) derived stem cells with growth factors and other precursor cells. These cells when added to the fat graft provide the nuture to sustain and promote a success rate of over 85 - 90% of the fat cells to remain.
