Location of a tea shop is a very important factor. In busy markets, near heavy rush of traffic or near businesses centers, is not the ideal place. But if the tea shop is located at comparatively calm and quite place, its location will be perfect. Shop should not be too large in its size. It must be compact in its size.
These are the people who can make their shop popular or other wise. While preparing tea, either traditional black tea with or without milk, method could be the same every where in the world. But if it is being with milk, choice of milk plays a vital role in the taste of the tea. Tetra pack milk, dry milk or fresh milk with cream, all have their own tastes.
Another important feature of a tea shop is its seating arrangement. People should feel comfortable while sitting in tea shop. Facility of live TV channels could create some atmosphere but many people like silence when they have their meals or when they have tea.
Offering green tea in a coffee shop is an added attraction for its visitors. Tea makers should remain very careful while preparing green tea because Green tea has many health benefits in it. Usually green tea is prepared without milk. Many people like the green because of its simplicity therefore if you are going to prepare flavored tea, then customer's consent may be taken before serving. In order to get full health benefits from tea, it needs to make properly. Neither it should be made in wrong temperature nor should it be steeped for too long.
Teaware should be very carefully chosen. These should be simple but attractive, beautiful but clean.
When offering green tea, shop can offer different kinds of green teas like Japanese Green Tea, Chinese Green Tea, and African Green Tea & Asian Green Tea. All these have their separate tastes and blends. So when offering their people should know how to prepare each of kind.
Prices of the teas offered or other drinkables offered in the shop should be at affordable level. If the prices is too high then only who can afford will visit the shop where if is at balance level then people from every walk of life will visit the shop. Timing of shop is also a very important feature. It should start earlier in the day and should offer its service till a reasonable late night time thus facilitating to all people who start their day early in the morning or the people who ends their day with a cup of tea later in the night.
