You can protect your marriage from an affair. It is a hard work for you to recover the infidelity. You all should try your best to repair the damage, rebuilding the trust and connecting again. If you can keep these ways with your sincere heart, you marriage will get better.



You have finished your dinner and all the dishes are done. Then you will find that there are three hours with nothing to do. You can choose to watch television, and many do the same with you. And you also can choose anyone of the following to do and better your health more or less in the evening. You can start with the pleasure-based way, then move to more practical ways to spend your evening time.
1. Have a walk after the dinner. It is the best time for a hand-in-hand stroll around your apartment. You can learn some romantic ways in the movies, no matter what the words or the act. You also play a game of looking for something and make it go quicker, that will make it more interesting. Then you will burn some calories and good for your digestion when you are walking.
2. Play with your pet for 15 minutes. It is studied that pet can have benefits of reducing your stress like a cat or a dog which can play with you. You can let your lovely dog to pull a useless sock out of your hand. Give your cat a wool ball, and watch its funny play. Play a game of throwing flying saucer with it. Find how many it can catch. Do not own a dog or a pet? Buy one now.
3. Go for a walk when the moon is full. The moonlight will make your thought be more optimistic than you expect.
4. Go to bed at 20:00 clock. We all do not have enough sleep in this competitive society. Pretend you are still a kid and go to sleep at 20:00 clock every night with your pajamas. Then turn out the light and have a good night.
5. Write something. Get one rather than a journal: compose a greeting letter to a friend, or a e-mail or some other fresh thing. Writing can make your brain more wonderful and active and it can express yourself well because some words you do not know how to speak out.
6. Write a "Done" list. Write down everything you have finished today. This can let you have a sense of accomplishment and remove some stress from your shoulder.
7. Sort your cupboard in your house. This task will take you more than 30 minutes, and let you have an extra accomlishmenrt at end of the day. It will not give you any stress because it is so simple and unchallenging but with enough satisfy.
Get lost in a good book. Either a book a newspaper or a magazine. Read what you like. It is better than you veg in front of television. It is healthier for it make your mind engaged.
