The Swine flu vaccine is a way to avoid N1H1 viral infection but it is not a permanent way of getting rid from the disease. A vaccinated person can also get infected from Swine Flu and can spread the disease to others.
Swine flu is basically a name which has been given to a stain of influenza disease which was responsible for causing flu epidemic in 2009. This disease is also known as H1N1 influenza due to the prosody of H1N1 virus. This disease caused havocs across the globe in the year 2009 and 2010 and killed countless people. But now its tendency has slowed down. The symptoms of swine flu are analogous to the symptoms of seasonal influenza including fever, lethargy, lack of appetite and coughing. Some patients of this disease reported runny nose, nausea, vomiting, sore throat and diarrhea. Health authorities across the globe have different view on the ways for handling this pandemic but they are together agree on using extensive Swine flu vaccines for both H1N1 and seasonal flu.

But the question is whether the vaccine is safe or not. This query can be answered as yes because the Swine flu vaccine has been tested and tried to be innocuous for the people who will receive it. This vaccine contains a dead virus which which makes the body to produce antibody enzymes against the swine flu virus. In fact, the vaccine puts the body in a warning mode in order to get over the disease more quickly. Most people believe in a myth that vaccines work inst which is not true. Most of the vaccines even do not work for more than of forty percent of total population. This is because the vaccine fails in causing enough reaction in the body to obviate infection from the disease. In such a case, one can get sick due to Swine flu. Hence, if the vaccine is not working for any body then he must wait for at least two weeks so that the body can get primed to fight off the disease.

Eventually, if you are going top get the Swine flu vaccine or have got it, don't think that the flu can not affect you. Even after getting vaccinated, you are capable of carrying the H1N1 virus to spread it among other people. Hence, there is a need to take precautions even after getting the Swine flu vaccine.
