Thus, it is very important for both the cosmetic company and manufacturer to know it and use in different packaging to filling .No matter which style of the eco tube packaging you choose ,finally it depends on the general knowledge you know about the tube then you can decide which is the best.
The first layer, outer layer: main purpose is to protect the printed matter not be destroyed, to avoid dust pollution, transparency, good antistatic film can be used. The fourth layer, heat sealing pipe layer: this layer provides heat sealing, can make composite sheet of circular tubular tube with discharging mouth. This layer of another important role is to prevent the contents of the tube, stop the contents to the soft tube wall penetration. , therefore, should not only have good heat sealing, also have certain resistance to oil, barrier property. The inner most use in more than 50 microns thickness of LDPE, also can use EVA or LDPE film.
The entire production process can be used to dry compound method and extrusion coating after legal or extrusion (for all eco tube packaging) approach to production. The structure can be LDPE and PP (mask) 40 ~ 100 mu m/is more than 120 g/m2 of printing poster board or 50 ~ 60 mu mLDPE white film / 10 ~ 40 mu mA1 / LDPE50 microns above, the tube total thickness is more than 150 to 200 microns.
