Among these offices hoteling is a effective method engaging processes which encourages employees to reserve work desks or certain resources they think they would need in due course of time. The office should be organized in advance before implementing the hoteling model.
And last but most important things for business companies to remember is the sacrifice made by the employees when they agree to adhere to the hoteling model, recognize it and reward it accordingly which will enrich the boss-employee relation in the long run.
