In terms of environment, the hardening process of cement can be fulfilled and be further strengthened in either air or water environment. Therefore, the application of cement varies from engineering of both overground and underground. Those cements that can be used in construction of road and bridge fall into six major categories which are Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, Portland slag cement, Portland pozzolan cement, Portland fly ash cement and composite cement. In addition, many other kinds of cements including high-alumina cement, expansive cement, and quick-hardening cement are applied projects of special requirements. To sum up, Portland cement and ordinary Portland cement are two kinds that are usually applied in engineering construction.
The widespread application of cement adds the demand of cement and higher requirement of cement process. One of the most common machines used in the cement grinding process of modern cement manufacturers is roller press, the process of which mainly lies in the system of sieving, dusting and crushing. The major steps of the process can be described as putting a certain amount of clinker, slag and plaster into the separator that is used to separating different sizes of materials with vibrating eccentric block of motor and the materials of diameter being less than 6mm will be put into cement vertical roller mill while those of diameter being larger than 6mm will be received by roll crusher.
To make sure that the cement vertical roller mill operates well by reducing the possible influence from the wrong roller press, some measures such as using a kind of special bypass duct and a swift of separator and controlling by power limit scheme are taken to face such problem. Once there is a problem occurred in crusher, the separator will be immediately started to make material pass through bypass duct and the time saved in this way will be sufficient for repairing the roller press. Besides, the cement vertical roller mill continues its normal operation. When roller press is in working condition, all the bar valves should be closed and particular attention should be paid to make sure that the material will not get into the roller chamber when crusher is out of normal operation. Besides, that the crusher should be stopped after completely finishing crushing the material is important since otherwise the crusher will not be started in normal manner.
To some extent, the normal operation for vertical roller mill is guaranteed by adding the roller press into the cement process, which is further improved to increase production and to satisfy various customers. Roller press produced by Haijian is characterized by its high efficiency, unique design of bearing structure and significant increase in output. Most of all, the roller press will use less steel and produce less noise.
