1. Absorb a little sunshine in winter. Do you have enough energy to go through the winter? Take a walk outside for 30 to one hour in a day. The nature sun light will enhance your energy level and help you resist the seasonal affective disorder.
2. In an hour before you go to bed, turn off the TV, put aside your work and enjoy yourself in a good book or a crossword puzzle. Have a warm bath and listen to the snothing music. The routine can help you fall asleep easily and quickly and enjoy a good restful sleep, giving you more energy to the following day.

If are very interested in news, try this ways for a week: Do not read the newspaper and watch only one television news program in one day. Feel how is your feeling at the end of the week. 4. Create a center that can sort the mail. Clutter is not only distracting, it also waste your energy. In order to find your bills and other mail, you can buy an open file box from an office supply store. Then place it in your kitchen and use it to sort your mails into "bills," "receipts," and "letters." So you can find your bills in time and pay them on time and reduce your stress.
5. Write a list of everything that you are expected in the following month. Write this every month when you have paid your rent. Simply having anticipation into your life will give your more energy.
6. Eat something crunchy. Carrots and some other crunchy things make your jaw work hard. It could make your facial muscles workout.
7. Eat every four hours. It is better to eat food before you feel empty than to wait until you are in dangerous zone and overeat. So you can eat every four hours and of course except you are sleeping. The small meal can be a handful of roasted peanuts or a sliced apple.
8. Stay still. Simply sit for 10 minutes in a comfortable chair and stare out the window. You can let your mind drift everywhere it wants to go. It might be called meditation.
9. Strech. Lift your figertips as close as you can o the ceiling. Keep the stretch for a few seconds. Then take a few deep breaths, and do it again. Then you take several deep breaths and do it once again. You can activate your every muscle and sending oxygen-rich blood to your body.
