What Are the Best Gifts for Employees on Diwali

Diwali is on of the most celebrated festival in India. As we all know Diwali is actually celebrated for sharing the happiness and prosperities with each other. Not only friends and family we share happiness and wish for prosperities to our neighbor and colleges. Even employers share happiness with their employees and give them gifts in different form so that they can celebrate the happiness with their family member with more enthusiasms. If you look back at the history of gifting trends, from the employers to employees it has always been prevailed in one or the other form. I have listed them below for you.
It is said it was the day of Diwali when Lord Rama returned to his Kingdom Ayodhya and people of his kingdom where over pleasure and thus they celebrated with lights and fireworks and worshiped him. And then he distributed gifts to his subjects. The tradition of distribution of gifts to the employee has been evolved since then. Initially workers were paid bonus by their employers which was either a salary in advance or some shares in factory. And this was a motivation for the work as they would work hard as the share would yield them more profit if they worked hard. But with the changing time the employers have changed the way of gifting the employees. These days corporate gifts have replaced the shares. Many employers give corporate gift to their employees like box of chocolates, sweets, apparels and watches or other utilities like micro waves and camera.

Though the bonus has stayed with changing time many employers still gift a bonus or a fixed amount to the employees so that it can motivate them to work hard for the employers. Many employers also offer the trip to the many different vacation places at their convenient time with their family or with the college and to skip the stress from the work and be motivated to work more hard for the employers. Many employers are also going for new ideas as for the Diwali gifts by creating different activities and gifting the best team or the best employees in different ways starting from cash to vacation. So in a way we can end with the note that not matter what the time comes and the Diwali gifting will be always prevail and ion different form, but the main motive of sharing the happiness will always be their either in form of Bonus , be it a corporate gift system or be it paid vacation from the employers.
