Berlin Tattoo Convention today tattoo and body art became a popular form of arts and increasingly people became interested in tattoos every day. If before tattoo designs were rarely met, today they are popular among different layers of society, and both men and women. Tattoo conventions are now held in every big in modern cities and many of them have already become international. Tattoo festival Berlin is one of the most popular and widely known body art conventions. In year 2010 traditional Convention for all interested in tattoos was held on 3rd – 5th December in German's capital. This year it was the twenties jubilee festival. The history of Tattoo Festival Berlin is very great. This history began in the end of twentieth century, but the festival itself was only regional then. And now it is one of the most most famous tattoo conventions in the world. Many tattoo fans and master tattoo artists want to take part in Berlin festival today. In the recent years in Berlin Tattoo festival also a part connected with piercing and body art appeared. Every year tattoo fans, tattoo artists and people who only are interested in tattoo designs or are interested in body art are welcomed on Tattoo Convention Berlin fest that is traditionally held in the first days of December. This time Berlin Tattoo Convention was held in the airport Tempelhof. In the fest time (since 3rd to 5th December) around fifteen thousand tattoo fans visited the convention. The most most famous tattoo artists from nearly all countries, representatives of tattoo clubs and tattoo studios likewiseas manufactures and sellers of tattoo equipment come to the German capital yearly. The tattoo festival has international status. In 2010 it was visited by popular tattoo artists and tattoo fans from Japan, China, Taiwan, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zeeland, Samoa and all European countries. In the program of this amzing international event are contests on the best tattoo in various nominations, live music concert and dance show. Yearly in festival time contests for “the craziest”, “the biggest”, “the best Asian”, “the best black-and-white” and “the most realistic” tattoo designs are held. As ever in time of such great fests all vsitors could make a tattoo by one of the most most known tattoo artists that visited Berlin Tattoo Convention. An important part of the convention are the elections of Tattoo Queen. Every woman that has a tattoo design could join this competition. But the most important criteria in the election of Tattoo Queen are not the size or number of tattoos, but their quality. So, International Tattoo Convention in Germany not only gives a possibility to gather and have a good time with tattoo fans but besides to know about all novices in tattoo manufacture and to better professional skills. On the festival tattoo artists can acquire new techniques and master secrets of tattoo making. As any international festival, Tattoo Convention Berlin Germany has a great entertainment program, that’s why all fans have a great time and many of the tattoo fans and artists come to this widely known convention every year.
