Deming Chen, who is the director of Department of Commerce, has attended the entrepreneur seminar of "China – Brazil: complementary to surmount, win-win cooperation" and give a lecture.
Deming Chen points out that Chinese Government pays close attention to launching the cooperation in economy and trade with Brazil. In recent years, through the joint efforts of the two governments and enterprise, the bilateral trade increases fast. At present, Brazil is the biggest trading partner in Latin America and gold brick country of China; China is the largest trading partner in the world, top one export market and the second largest import market of Brazilian. According to the statistics of china, the volume of trade is up to 62,500 million dollars of China and Pakistan, and it will increase by 47.5% year on year. The average acceleration rate of China and Pakistan trade was up to 43.3%, was higher than 23.1 percentage points of whole acceleration rate of Chinese foreign trade in the same period. At present, China is one of the markets of fastest-rising export of Brazil, and it is main export market of the important goods in Brazil. China has already become the biggest buyer of Brazilian agricultural products for three years in succession.

Chen Deming says, China and Palestine are making positive progress in the field of investing to each other and projects contracting, the real capital cost of China is up to 9,080 million in Palestine, it mainly involves the field of ore, make processing, communication, finance, electric power transporting, agriculture etc. Both sides jointly develop the resource remote sensing satellites of the earth, and open the precedent development of the cooperation of high technical field of developing countries, become the model of developing country's south-south cooperation.
