A anxiety disorder is not just a case of nerves. The specialists estimate that about 19 million Americans experience the anxiety. It is the most common psychiatric condition in America. You will feel blood pressure raising, heart rate fasten, rapid breathing, muscle tension increasing, and intestinal blood flow decreasing.
Sometimes when your anxiety disorder is serious enough, you need to go to see doctor. But if you can master some tips to control your stress, it will make a big difference.

2. Cut out anything related to caffeinated. A celebrated Ph.D. says that the caffeine can not let you feel ease but make you only have the jittery and anxious feeling. Sources of caffeine include chocolate, beverages like coffee, tea and soda.
3. Do not have the conversations likely to make you anxiety increasing when you are tired and overwhelmed. For example, tell you children that you will not handle the trivial after 8 p.m. Try to have a "trouble free" time, especially before you go to bed, when you do not pay attention to troubles but focus on pure relaxtion.
4. Buy a white-noise machine when you go to bed. The soothing sound can help you have a good sleep. A good sleep in night is pretty important when you feel stressed; because sleep deprivation fuels anxiety.
5. Find one things that makes you anxious. Sit down and write all your fears you have about that thing. If it is money, write down what will happen if you lose your job. What is the worst thing that could happen? Then see each item and mark it on the scale of 1 to 10. With 1 being that would never happen, with 10 being likely that it will happen. You will surprisingly find that there are only a few items rank above 5, you may decide to have a contingency plan for it. There is nothing works better to make your anxiety calm than changing pure worry to action plan.
