Customers have to wait for atleast 4 months to own New Swift Diesel!

Nowadays, it seems like Santa Clause has come with his goodies bag before Christmas day to make us cheers.

Nowadays, it seems like Santa Clause has come with his goodies bag before Christmas day to make us cheers. Specifically this period of time has spotted numerous car launches from leading and newbie but impressively active auto makers. Maruti Suzuki is also the one who’s recently launched Maruti Swift 2011 with all bells and whistles. Even before its launch, company has received applauding response from customers who has made voluminous advance bookings which has crossed the figures of 50,000 units against less production capacity. In fact we can say that it was bound to happen because of laborious efforts of Team Swift and promotional heads. Much of bonding between them took place in their struggling days.

At present, New Maruti Swift is having illustrious presence in hatchback segment but it’s not as easy for its makers as it seems. In the days of initiation, Swift didn’t get much response from domestic market and had backtrack but its makers refused to have so and continued to effort with all determination. That was the time when this story got interesting twist of huge receiving. So, it’s all because their steadfastness. Also, the business heads of Maruti Suzuki were very much aware of prospect of good response for all new Swift and really it’s to be so.

For now, New Swift is having good demand and has many of pending orders. Minimum four months of waiting period are being offered to customers whom they have accepted with all hearts as they desired to hold the keys of specifically New Swift Diesel even at enduring period of time. There is also genuine reason to have such demanding attitude of customers, deregulation of petrol prices. This is worst decision for Indian customers that has been taken by government in recent couple of months as they wanted to have collected more funds to strengthen Indian economy. As per my concern it’s all rubbish because it’s not only the way left to achieve such happenings.

This decision has left some serious concern to think over to auto making companies and even customers too. Because, for customers it’s the matter of their already burdened pockets and for auto companies it’s the matter of popularity of their petrol versions that has gone downmarket since the decision. So, both of them comes on common thought-result i.e. diesel variants. Since, domestic market has engaged with diesel demands and now the auto making companies have back-to-back launches of diesel versions of their best-selling petrol cars.

For the decisive personalities of Maruti Suzuki this is one of the most opportunate times to which they have encashed smartly without having much challenges and also without making fool to their customers as per their values. They have appointed a task to team of expert engineers to make the reloaded version of Maruti Swift more active and responsive than previous one to which they have completed well. They fitted New Swift Diesel with 1.3 liter DDiS engine that is good for 75 PS of power and 190 NM of torque and New Swift Petrol with 1.2 liter VVT power-train for 87 PS of power at 190 NM of torque.
