The Ford India Private Ltd was first introduced its emblem in 1907 on the domestic ground of India and marked its identity. Afterwards the modern Ford India was started its production in 1996 to carry out the optimum uses of its resources and with the passage of time it has grown up as forerunner. In 2003 the Ford India has introduced its massive SUV Ford Endeavour to defend its companions of same competitive segment. In appearance the enduring SUV seems like giant with enormous power. The originators have designed it with flawless grace and weaponed it with advanced safety features, powerful and sky-high performance. To give it distinct looks they have glamorized it with luxury fit-out. And the expert technicians of this dynamic SUV have given life to it with powerful engine of 2.5L, CRDi technology that is capacious to generate power of 143 Bhp with race-winning torque of 330 Nm. After that in 2005 the Ford has launched its marvelous Ford Fiesta. It was proved as archer of the company in the sedan segment. And after that to pamper consumers it was being rejuvenated with both petrol and diesel version within the price orbit of Rs 5, 49,030 to Rs 8, 51,630 as Ford Fiesta Classic. In sedan segment it has scratched its leading position in a short while. The diesel power-heart of it is equipped with TDCi engine that is having the capacity to churn out the power of 90 Bhp at 204 Nm torque. And the petrol engine is powered by Ti-VCT engine with efficacy to generate the power of 108 bhp with peak torque of 104 Nm.

Last year the company has launched its mid-sized hatchback Ford Figo with all enthusiasm to capture this segment. After having the results it has been found that it got great applause of its enjoyers. Presently it’s available at Indian showroom with the starting price tag of Rs 3, 50, 000 lakh. Both of its petrol and diesel version are available and getting good sales results. Its petrol engine is powered by 1.2L, DuraTech engine which is adept to generate 71 Ps power at 102 Nm torque and the diesel version of it is equipped with 1.4L, Duratorq engine which is all-in-all powerful and fuel efficient.
