Friends, want help in different math topics like fraction, percentage and others. Then it is the time for you to get relaxed as online tutor will help you in solving all math problems. Let’s start with the fractions. Fractions are the simple to understand if you relate them from some common real life examples like you have Rs.10 you have and you have to distribute among two people then you give 5- 5 to each. In giving this amount what actually you are doing you are doing fraction in such a way that you can give equal amount to both to the people. Fraction is a number in which we have two terms, numerator and denominator. In this, the bottom part or the denominator tells us that in how many parts the whole number is divided and the upper part or numerator says that how many we have. Now, talk about how to do fractions means how to solve fractions. There are two methods of solving fractions first is finding common factor and then divide the numerator and denominator by it and other is by finding greatest common factor first and then divide the top and bottom terms with GCF.

We can express fraction in decimal form and in percentage form also. Now, talk about percentage, it is a way of expressing a number as a fraction of 100, percent as the word says per cent means per 100. It is denoted by a symbol ‘%’. For example: - we can write 45% as 45/100. In this example we are expressing a percent value in fractional form we can represent it in vice-versa form like 12/100 = 12% and we can also represent it in decimal like 0.12. There is a simple percentage formula we can use to calculate different values. Formula is:-

Is / of = % / 100 or part /whole = % / 100.

After this formula let’s take an example and how to calculate percentage and how to do fractions?

Example- 25% of 500 is ___?

In this question, of = 500, Is = ? And % = 25, put values in formula,

Is/ 500 = 25 / 100

In solving this you see how to solve fractions. 500 is in denominator take this to other side and then we will get,

Is= (500*25) / 100,

In place of 'is' you can also take x or any other variable. Now you can easily solve this equation by canceling the zeros of 100 and 500 or we can say GCF is 100 so divided both numerator and denominator by it.

Now equation is,

Is= 5*25

Is = 125

Now, lets have a brief introduction of calculus, it is the study of rate of change. Differential calculus and integral calculus are the two main branches of calculus. Differential calculus deals with the calculation of the rate of change of a quantity, and integral calculus determines the quantity where the rate of change is known. Many students need help in calculus problems. You can take calculus help online and help related to fraction and percentage is also available on different math teaching websites.
