Minimum qualifying marks have to be qualified in the personal interview as well as the written test. Subsequently, candidates have to undergo medical examination. However, this doesn’t mean final selection. The final offer of employment or selection is based on the score of the candidate in the personal interview or the written test. Initially, training has to be taken by the candidates for six months. During the period of training, a consolidated stipend has to be paid to the trainees. After successful completion of training, the absorption will be done at the entry level in the cadre of management.
