Later, you can decide on specializing areas like clinical, sports, Swedish massage, Moroccan and many others. And if you have already decided your specialization are then look for those schools/colleges/institutes that provide certification in that particular Massage Therapy Program. Choose the one which is exclusively for Massage Therapy Programs and do not include any other program training. Also, do not go for schools/universities/institutes that offer Massage Therapy as one of their subjects.
After getting certification from your school/university/institute, you need to get professional license. For this you will have to go through an exam required by your country.
