There are many types of Job, which can be opted by people across the country, based on their calibre and the educational qualification. Whichever job one chooses, it has to fall in either of the categories of office job or field job. Both the job types require the person to be highly efficient and best among the lot at the time of interview.

The job market in India is growing and so are the various opportunities and fields, in which a candidate can apply for a job. The companies in India are expanding their businesses globally and are also hiring more of the work force to meet their increasing work pressure.

An employee always searches for peace of mind in combination of great salary package and high growth rate. The interest and the productivity of the candidate are also two factors, which decide the suitability and sustainability of the candidate in a job type.
Any job type requires its employees to be highly efficient and should possess great communication skills, which would help him to combat the problems at work. A friendly and adjustable nature is another requirement, which helps the employee succeed in his field of work. It is the choice of the employee, whether he opts for an office job or a field job, but sometimes, it is decided by the officials at the company also, as to which field would perfectly suit the candidate. Each work type requires its candidates to have different qualities and abilities, which he uses to complete and compete in his work type. Most of the candidates prefer to have office, sitting jobs, but with the changing times and exploration in the field jobs, there is a new trend of increase in demand of field jobs has come up.
It is surely very tiring and exhaustive to do field jobs, but the increasing competition has lead to more money and fast growth in the field jobs. Most of the marketing and sales jobs are field based, where the employees have to go, to directly have a face to face interaction with the existing and prospective clients, to have a long lasting impression. People at the field work also need to have great communication skills, to be able to make the client understand thoroughly and have a clear understanding of the concept. Office job and field jobs, both are highly imperative for the growth of an organisation, due to which the organisation is believed to give equal attention in the grooming and development of both.
It is in the hands of the employees, which field they choose, but for the right growth of an employee, he is required to travel through both the stages of jobs. It actually can be divided into work level, as in which type of work the employee is assigned with. In case of the marketing arena, the candidates are first required to be a part of the sales or the on field job for long, after which they are given the responsibilities of handling the office as well as the field job. Field job is important to actually take the feel of the market and to be able to gain a direct feedback from the clients, according to which amendments can be made in the products or the services provided. End receiver is the customer, whose satisfaction is most important, which is analysed on the basis of the feedback given by the direct marketing team of a company. Field job at the initial stage of a job profile is also very important to take the feel of the job and thereby forming the working strategy according to the demands and requirement of the customers. Therefore, both the job types are important for the profitable growth of an organisation and an employee should be proficient in both the types of work environments to be able to handle any crisis situation.
