Kullu located at 1200 m above sea level stretches over 6.68 sq km area. This hill resort is one among the favourite summer resorts of vacationers and travelers. Superb landscape of Kullu beholding apple orchards, snow capped mountains, ancient temples and other worth seeing sites grabs thousands of tourists. Day 01: After arrival at Bhuntar Airport, representatives from Kullu holiday package will transfer you to pre booked hotel in Kullu. Have dinner and stay whole night at hotel.
Day 02: After enjoying breakfast from hotel, Kullu holiday package will start its journey to Jagannathi Devi Temple. It is located at an altitude of 1800 meter and at a distance of 3 Kms from Kullu. Jagannathi Devi Temple, also known as Bekhli Temple is believed to have been constructed 1500 years ago. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhuweneshawari, the sister of Lord Vishnu. Images of Durga carved on the walls of Temple depict the talents of sculptors of ancient times.
Next, tour trip will move on to famous Bijli Mahadev Temple. This temple built in Pahari style of architecture is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Shivalinga in Bijli Mahadev Temple is shattered during lightning. It has to be then repaired by temple priest. According to belief, lightning attracted by Shivalinga is considered as the blessings of Lord Shiva. In the late evening, tour trip will return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Third day of Kullu holiday package will first focus on Raghunath Temple. It is located at Ragunathpur in Kullu city. This historic temple dedicated to Raghunath Ji was built by Raja Jagat Singh in 1650 AD. Dussehhra festival celebrated here attracts lots of devotees from all over the world. As per belief, idol present in this temple is the same idol that was used by Lord Rama. Spectacular view of Kullu Valley from this exotic place grabs the hearts of visitors.
Manikaran, well known as a pilgrim centre for both Hindus and Sikhs is an important tourist place explored in Kullu holiday package. This tourist destination in Parbat Valley is located at an altitude of 1850m. Hot spring present in Manikaran is benefited with high curative power. It can be considered as the gateway to Kullu. Manikaran is one among the favourite destinations of adventure seekers. Leisure activities provided in Manikaran like trekking attract lots of tourists to this destination. After enjoying the fabulous sight scenes of Manikaran, tour trip will now return to hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
