So what is different on this solo? For the first half of this solo we are going to add two pull offs to our guitar solo. Adding pull offs to a guitar solo can really add to the speed of moving up and down a scale.

Also, we are making our bends release bends which simply means we will return the bend back down.

Part 1 - Step by Step
1. With your first finger already on fret 12, use your third finger to bend fret 15 a half note up on the 2nd string.
2. Release the bend by bringing it back down and immediately perform a pull off with your third finger.
3. Like the previous two lessons, we will shift our fingers to the second string.
4. Play a half note bend on fret 14 on the 3rd string. Move your first finger to fret 12 of the 3rd string.
5. Release the bend and immediatley perform a pull off.
6. Use your third finger to play fret 14, then play fret 12 with your first finger.

Okay, if you were able to do it, congratulations! You have learned a popular technique, the other neat thing is you have learned to combine different techniques, a bend, release and pull off all in one pick of the string!
