These forms are used when permission for doing a particular task is sought from any authority, or if anyone wants to get some work done by other person he use to gives a license to the particular person.

These forms sometime acts like a contract also as they grant the full rights for usage of any property to execute the task. It can also be seen as an instrument by the help of which one can understand the task better and in a simplified manner. It means it’s a permission which is given to undertake a work along with the details related to that work. For example like driving license forms, industry license forms, weapon license forms etc.

o License forms should be clear in what they want to convey and on the other hand they should show all the questions which are needed to be answered by the form submitter so that no information regarding providing a license is left.
