Lower Back Pain: Pain which can ruin your Life.

Lower back pain is the pain, which is felt by anybody in the lower portion of his back and it can develop as a result of continuous sitting, standing or lifting on daily bases.
Aches and pains are the worst felling of human body. But it is the most undesirable truth of any human body, which they have to feel at many stages of their life. Human body is made of 206 bones and all are very sensitive and flexible and slightly injury or extra stressing develops the pain senses in the body. In this case, the pain of spinal cord or back is considered as a most painful and regular ache which is experience by a normal human body. The reason of its regular pain is its complex structure which is made up of bones, muscles, nerves and joints and act as pinpoint for all these. If we define pain in a medical language then it can be explain as:”Back Pain is pain felt in the low or upper back of the body, which usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints and sometimes due to the other structure in the spine (known as inflammation of the spine).this pain mostly expressed when pressure is applied to the back.” Back pain can be constant stay in one place or it can be radiate to other part of the body, like it can be radiate to the upper back part of the body like (arms and hand) or to the lower back portion of the body( like leg and foot). It is type of pain which felt either as a dull ache or as a sharp, piercing, burning sensation.
Back pain can be of two types i.e. upper back pain and lower back pain and when we compare both of these, the figure shows that the lower back pain is more dangerous, painful, un tore able than the upper back pain. Lower back pain is the pain, which is felt by anybody in the lower portion of his back and it can develop as a result of continuous sitting, standing or lifting on daily bases. Some of the common causes of Back pains are:

• Driving for long periods without taking a break.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling incorrectly.
• Over Stretching.
• Overuse of the muscles like in sports.
• Twisting

Preventions for back pain Injury:

To prevent injury of back, it's important to build and maintain the strength and flexibility of those muscles, tendons and ligaments that support your back and spine. This can be done by:

• Routine Exercise: Gentle stretching to improve and maintain flexibility.
• A Healthy Lifestyle: Eat a nutrient-rich, balanced diet, with sufficient intake of calcium, Vitamin D and phosphorus and Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol use.
• Proper Body Mechanics: The proper body mechanics like when standing, when sitting, when driving, when sleeping can prevent injury of back.

Lower back pain can be treated by initial proper diagnosis of the factor of its developments.
