Many women give priority to eyeglasses over contact lenses as they feel comfortable with glasses. It is general perception that glasses hide the beauty of eyes and offer mature as well as out dated look. Sometimes, it is bit difficult to adjust makeup to balanced look with eye glasses. In order to achieve gorgeous and stunning look with glasses, some tips are given blow which will accentuate the beauty of your eyes in such way that glasses will become your personal style statement.
Emphasize Eyebrows
Many women don’t pay much attention on their eyebrows as it give sharpness to your eyes as well as the whole face. So women who wear glasses must define their eye brows first by using good quality of eye pencil. Eyebrows should be well shaped bit dark and even with the top of frame because it’s frame of the glasses that grab the attention as well as glasses highlight the brows as per opinion of beauty experts.
Frames of the glasses
You can apply different makeup styles and do experiments with rimless glasses. Apply balance eye make up with strong lipstick color, if color of frame of glasses is strong as tinted glasses can deform eye color.
Foundation and Concealed
Glasses use light to radiate shadow under eyes that can accentuate dark circle or any other spot around eyes. So apply concealed for covering up those dark circles. Use mineral or powder based foundation with non greasy element so that glasses don’t leave any spots on the makeup.
Application of Mascara
Glasses wearing women should take into consideration while application of mascara. Applying mascara on lower lashes can cast shadow under eyes that form an illusion of dark circles and highlight them darker. Always apply mascara on upper lashes that adds thickness and length to lashes.
Eyeshades
Choose such colors as eye shadows that compliment the color of frame of glasses that you wear. Just avoid using those shades on eyes that have glitter or shimmer as eye glasses magnify everything on face. Too much glitter and shine make your look overwhelming. Try to keep your eye makeup soft and subtle, if you wear glasses. Smokey and shimmery eye makeup look better for contact lenses not with wearing glasses.
Focus on lower lids
To accentuate the beauty of eyes, we apply much eyeshade on upper lids as well s mascara on upper lashes. But glasses hide the upper portion of eyes, so always focus to apply makeup on lower lids, line the lower crease and wear mascara on lower lashes for highlighting the beauty of eyes.
