Nokia C3 smartphone allows easy and rapid social networking with real-time info, providing to the users ability to update their online status and share their social-location related to videos, pictures and other contents via Ovi Maps 3.0 and using preloaded Ovi Mail and Ovi Chat. Nokia C3 handset enable access to arange of different IM communities, email accounts and social networks to set up chat accounts and email straight from the device, without the need for a PC.

For data connectivity, there is GPRS and EDGE of Class 32 with upto 107 kbps and 296kbps speed connection respectively. There is WiFi 802.11b/g/ wireless LAN connectivity and wireless Bluetooth v2.1 connection with A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile). The EDGE network connection allows faster file transfers and downloads as well. It is equipped with standard miniUSB v2.0 and its port is dually used for PC connectivity to data transfer from PC to mobile and power recharging.

It supports MMS for Multimedia text messaging allowing sounds,animations, pictures and text message through SMS. Its intuitiveactive toolbar interface provides a one-touch selection to effortlessly send photos via Bluetooth connectivity, email or MMS, print or upload onto a Internet community.

The phone is also installed with Opera Mini 5x browser, in addition to standard Nokia’s Symbian WebKit full HTML browser which allows almost blazing speed internet browsing using EDGE connection. Only 13.6 mm thick, the new Nokia C3 QWERTY phone is equipped with advanced 2.0 Megapixel camera with maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels and upto 4x digital zoom option. The digital camera also sports integrated flash with automatic on/off feature, geo-tagging, face/smile detection and has autofocus feature.
