This city does not get super cold in the winter, so you can do plenty of activities outside without freezing. After you are done looking at the Coke and pop culture gallery, you can head over to the tasting lounge to sample 70 different beverages.
Centennial Olympic Park
The Centennial Olympic Park has been around since 1996 and has something for everyone. This great park features amazing light displays during the holidays, the largest interactive fountain in the world, water gardens and children’s play areas. There is also a great ice skating rink inside the park where you and your family can skate around.
See the Lights at Lake Linear
Lake Linear has some of the best light displays in Atlanta around the holidays. It is definitely a great place to visit with your family during Christmas time. This beautiful lake also features an ice skating rink, hiking and visits with Santa.
Starlight Drive-in
Starlight Drive-in is the only old-fashioned drive-in movie theater in Atlanta, so it is definitely worth checking out. All shows are double features, so you can really get your money’s worth at this theater. Make sure to bring plenty of popcorn and others snacks to eat during the show.
