In fact, Pennsylvania ranks as the seventh biggest state for technology employment according to Tech America Foundation's 2011 Cyber States Report. Pennsylvania just passed Illinois in the rankings. Business television network CNBC places Pennsylvania at number five in their rankings for technology and innovation in its 2012 America's Top States for Business report.
