Water is a very precious resource and survival of life without water is not possible. There are instances that even underground water is not potable and safe for human use therefore use of any water cooler for water office is the best way to ensure the safety of your employees.

We all are aware about the present water condition in our country in spite of many different government rules and regulations there have been many instances of water borne diseases and this is true for the other countries as well. If we look into the data there are some facts showing the seriousness of such incidents. Water coolers are useful to store the water which is potable, safe and pure and normally water holding capacity of any such water coolers is less then the water tank. There are many functions any water cooler may serve like storage of potable water, water purification and proper cooling of stored water.

I remember that there was a time when people use to drink water from natural sources like bore wells, Underground water taps and spring water. Spring water is very popular in package drinking water industry and many companies charge premium rates for any short of spring water. There are two problems in using natural water resources like bore wells, Underground water taps and spring water. Firstly availability of such resources is not able to cope with our daily water need and secondly quality of underground water is not safe now. In many places samples of underground water were found to be inadequate for drinking purpose. After all the dedicated efforts contamination in water cannot be stopped fully.

This is the prime reason behind the increasing sales of water coolers in almost every country and obviously who will like to risk life for saving just few bucks? I guess no one. Water office is now a concern for many Human resource departments because they do not want to risk the physical health of the employees. In many such Human resource studies it has been found that offices with safe water office have lower absenteeism ratios as compared to their counterparts. Over all work performance of employees also depends on the quality of life an employee spends and this reason behind every office owner now looks for a water cooler for water office.

This will not be unfair to state that apart from providing safe, secure and thirst quenching water there are one more way by which any water cooler may become the point of attraction to your employees.
