Currently, in the modern cement manufacturer, roller press is widely used. It includes the vibration screen, dedusting system and broken system. It works as following: clinker, slag and plaster enter into the vibration screen and vibrated under the eccentric vibration of the engine, the materials with size below 6mm will enter into the cement mill and those above 6mm will enter into the roll crusher.

In order to keep the roller press from going wrong on-site problem and influence the vertical roller mill's normal production, a by-pass pipe, the switch for the vibration screen and automatic limit control are designed. Once the crusher is broken, the vibration screen should be started immediately so as to let the material enters into the by-pass pipe. Meanwhile, check the roll crusher to guarantee the cement mill's normal running. When the roll crusher runs, all the great type valves should be opened. By doing so, the feeding inlet is maximal and the working surfaces of all the rollers bear load evenly. When the material is feed from the by-pass pipe, all the great type valves should be closed. Please note that not let any materials enter into the roller box when the crusher runs abnormally. You can't stop it until all the materials have been broken, otherwise the crusher can't be started normally.

Because of roller press' application in cement manufacturer, it guarantees the vertical mill's normal running to some degree, improves cement technique better and increases the cement output to meet the needs of different customers.
